Vicki L. Anderson is a partner with the firm and practices in the estate and retirement planning and probate administration areas. She regularly represents clients in retirement planning; business succession planning; tax planning; charitable giving; guardianships; and estate, trust and tax litigation.

Ms. Anderson is a Fellow in The American College of Trust and Estate Council (ACTEC) and is certified by the State of Indiana as an Estate Planning and Administration Specialist. She is recognized in the publication Best Lawyers in America, and is selected as one of Indiana's top lawyers in Indiana Business Magazine. Ms. Anderson is designated as one of "The Best Lawyers in Trust & Estate Law" in Corporate Counsel and is listed in "Best of the US" and "Best of Class" on www.bestofus.com. She is included as a "Five Star Wealth Manager – Best in Client Satisfaction" and as an "Indiana Super Lawyer" by Indianapolis Monthly.

Ms. Anderson spent several years teaching psychology before practicing law. She has taught as an adjunct professor at Indiana University, Indianapolis and regularly serves as a lecturer in the estate planning and retirement planning areas in association with the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, Indiana Tax Institute, National Business Institute, Inc. and numerous other financial and estate planning organizations, both in Indiana and out of state.

Ms. Anderson has served on several boards, including the Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library Foundation and Day Nursery Association. She has published numerous articles, including articles in the American Bar Association's Probate and Property and the Indiana State Bar Association's Res Gestae, as well as in local magazines. She also is author of the chapter on "Pensions" in Legal Reference for Older Hoosiers, and authors Estate Planning Notes, a quarterly newsletter.

Ms. Anderson received her B.A. degree from Indiana University, her M.S. degree summa cum laude from St. Francis College, and her J.D. degree magna cum laude from Indiana University. She is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State, and American Bar Associations and Estate Planning Council of Indiana, Inc. She has long served on a grievance committee of the Indianapolis Bar Association, which serves as an adjunct of the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.
