Peter P. Ten Eyck is an associate in the firm practicing in the area of civil litigation.  Mr. Ten Eyck is a former Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office with significant trial experience representing the State of Indiana in major felony criminal cases such as robberies and homicides.

Mr. Ten Eyck is a 2002 graduate of the Indiana University School of Law—Bloomington, where he was a Managing Editor for the Federal Communications Law Journal.  He is a 1999 cum laude graduate of DePauw University, where he served on the college radio station board of directors and wrote for the college newspaper.   He is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and a former member of the Criminal Justice Section’s Executive Committee.
