Philip B. McKiernan joined the firm in 1983 and became a partner in 1990. Over the years, Mr. McKiernan has represented and advised business, governmental and non-profit organizations in connection with a variety of administrative law matters. An area of particular focus for Mr. McKiernan has been the representation of water, sewer, gas and electric utilities, as well as telecommunications providers, before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. Mr. McKiernan also has represented clients in connection with permitting, enforcement and other matters arising under environmental protection laws.

Mr. McKiernan has been a member of and served in leadership capacities with several civic and professional organizations, including the Indiana State Bar Association.
