Joseph M. Hendel is an associate in the firm who practices primarily in the areas of administrative law and civil litigation. Mr. Hendel has advised businesses and individuals in a wide range of civil law matters and has actively participated in the litigation of claims involving real estate, personal injury and probate. He also has been involved in appeals involving real estate issues and utilities. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Mr. Hendel served as a law clerk at the Indiana Court of Appeals.

Mr. Hendel holds B.A. and J.D. degrees from Indiana University— Indianapolis. He is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
