David J. Bodle is a partner in the firm and concentrates his practice primarily in areas of corporate, including mergers and acquisitions, administrative, health care and insurance law. Mr. Bodle has represented nonprofit organizations, insurers, health maintenance organizations, and health care providers, in business transactions and in regulatory matters. He represents business organizations in stock and asset sale transactions, mergers, and in connection with employment, non-competition and confidentiality agreements.

Mr. Bodle has been a member of and served in leadership capacities with civic and professional organizations, including the Written Publications Committee and Editorial Board for the Indiana State Bar Association, the Ethics Committee of the Indiana Organ Procurement Organization, Inc. and the Board of Directors of the Dyslexia Institute of Indiana, Inc. He is a Life Fellow of the Indiana State Bar Foundation.

Mr. Bodle is a speaker and author for continuing legal education seminars on topics concerning managed care, health care records, corporate organization and employment matters.
