Lending
The firm represents both lenders
and borrowers and has assisted in structuring and documenting
letters of credit, revenue bonds, stand-by credit, real
estate construction and mortgage loans and personal property
leasing. The firm also assists clients with troubled
borrowers and "work-out" situations,
pre-default planning, restructuring, re-documenting and
bankruptcy situations.
