Our firm was founded in 1929 as Thompson Rabb & Stevenson.
For more than 75 years we have served the legal needs of clients
in our selective practice areas, while remaining a small firm
to preserve the personal confidence and trust developed between
our clients and their attorneys.

of organizations that engage in a variety of business transactions.
The firm represents clients before federal, state and local
administrative agencies and handles litigation in state and
federal courts, as well as arbitrations, mediations and other
forms of alternative dispute resolution.
